from Outside the Box - so this whole no electricity this morning thing so is not working for me

In the digital age, much of our information comes from inside the box of our computers. The view from the outside into this box is what fascinates me as I read the words of writers and see the world through the lens of a photographer's camera.

It would be great if I didn’t have to get out of the house right away, but I do. So I’m at Starbucks doing a quick check of email and Twitter and Tumblr before I attempt to start my day.

But instead of being able to really focus on email, I’m distracted by this cute cute little girl who is doing her darndest to convince her dad that the BABIES (little stuffed monkeys for sale here) need to be taken care of. By HER. And should be going home with them.

She’s so cute. I mean SOOOOO CUTE you just want to give in. He seems to be staying strong, though ;-)
